Refund policy

REQUESTING A RETURN:

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please email us at hello.margueritelondon@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

RETURNING ITEMS:

Marguerite is unable to cover the cost of returns. 

We suggest using a registered/trackable service to send the items back to us, as we cannot be held responsible for items which are lost or damaged in transit. Please note that we cannot cover the charge for parcels being sent back to us, with the exception of faulty goods.

EXCHANGES:

Please contact hello.margueritelondon@gmail.com to request an exchange. 

All exchanges are delivered free of charge. Please note the returned item should follow process in the 'returning items' section above.

REFUNDS:

Once the refund has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the original email used for purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 2 to 10 business days.
